A video-on-demand platform letting coaching firms deliver training to EPFL staff, anonymously.
Coaching companies publish videos and resources in one place; EPFL collaborators watch them anonymously and securely.
The architecture had to assume an unbounded number of simultaneous viewers, so the platform was planned for that from the start. It includes a video manager, search and sorting, EN/FR switching, and a resource manager for links, videos, texts and PDFs.

A platform that helps young adults choose what to study, from a quiz plus HR analysis.
Users take a quiz; the platform combines their answers with analysis prepared by an HR team and generates a report with concrete guidance on which studies fit.

A custom CRM replacing an expensive system only a handful of employees could open.
The previous tool was costly and access-limited. I built a replacement that the whole team could use daily, with the features they'd identified as mandatory and never got.
It's been in production since, and I maintained and extended it for years afterwards. New features rather than bug reports.
